Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and maintain data collection instruments in REDCap.">
  • Manage the flow of study data, including exports, imports, and updates.">
  • Develop and implement data cleaning protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency.">
  • Provide technical support to schools during scheduled data collection.">
  • Monitor data quality and perform routine audits and validations.">
  • Prepare clean, well-documented datasets for analysis.">
  • Maintain detailed records of data collection activities, school participation, and any data issues encountered.">
  • Assist in preparing data reports for internal tracking and safety monitoring, or reporting to stakeholders and the data safety board.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Public Health, Data Science, Psychology, Health Informatics, or a related field.">
  • Hands-on experience with relational Research Data Management Systems, preferably REDCap or similar, including queries, data formatting, importing, and processing.">
  • Demonstrated proficient skills in MS Excel and at least one data analysis tool (e.g., R, Stata, Python).">
  • Experience working in a research environment and familiarity with national ethical and university data privacy standards of research trials.">
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience with large and longitudinal data sets.">
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.">
