Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our growing team in Adelaide, Australia.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills, a passion for sustainability, and experience in administrative, marketing, and sales functions.

This is a mid-senior level role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our business operations and build positive stakeholder relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, marketing, and sales support as required.
  • Manage administrative tasks, facilitate communication, maintain records, uphold organisational policies, and contribute to decision-making through analysis.
  • Support business operations by working closely with leadership and colleagues to deliver projects and achieve goals.
  • Coordinate logistics, prepare materials for meetings and events, and provide diary management support.
  • Assist in creating graphics and visual materials, collaborate on resourcing tasks, and generate leads to support the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and report workplace hazards and incidents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of combined experience in areas such as administration, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
