About the Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in education, training, and community development to drive positive change and sustainability initiatives within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of targeted education and behaviour change programs for various stakeholders, including schools, community groups, and businesses.
  • Develop and implement best practice campaigns, programs, and initiatives to promote sustainable practices and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish partnerships and explore opportunities for waste education and other strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse data to inform program development and ensure effective outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, business cases, and coordinate grant applications to support program funding.
  • Undertake research to better understand drivers of existing behaviours and barriers to desired behaviour change across stakeholder groups.
About You:
  • You possess a strong understanding of behaviour change principles and experience developing engaging programs in educational or community settings.
  • You have demonstrated ability to connect with diverse audiences, including children, teachers, and families, and can tailor messaging accordingly.
  • You are creative, solutions-focused, and have a practical approach to program design, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification or relevant equivalent experience in education, training, community engagement, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • You are passionate about education, sustainability, and making a positive impact in the community.
