About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Due Diligence Manager to join our APJC team. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for guiding the expansion of our facilities and services in new and existing regions across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site selection risk analysis and due diligence assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement risk-based mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure funding and manage projects to successful resolution.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver preliminary design concepts and assess real estate, engineering, construction, policy, environmental, planning, and business development considerations.
  • Review and prioritize risk-based mitigation recommendations to ensure the resilience of our infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Multidisciplinary concept/preliminary design experience.
  • Background in either Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical field, such as civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural, or design management.
  • Solid understanding of local standards and council design standards.
  • Chartered engineer/architect with accredited institute.
