Enterprise IT Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead our technology and data strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring security needs.

Job Description:

An Enterprise Architect will develop and maintain secure network infrastructures, identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities through risk assessments and penetration testing. They will also design and implement secure network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units, ensuring alignment on security initiatives and optimizing system performance.

The successful candidate will research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance security capabilities and reduce risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide technology and data strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports security needs.
  • Design and implement secure network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities through risk assessments, penetration testing, and other security measures.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (IT, business units, senior leadership) to ensure alignment and buy-in for security initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of technology and data systems, ensuring they meet security requirements and business needs.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance security capabilities and reduce risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for network and security architecture.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud computing, integration practices, and commercial software applications.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CCIE.
