**About The Opportunity**

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will be responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our residents. You will need to:

  1. Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs.
  2. Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses.
  3. Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes.
  4. Establish positive relationships with residents.

**About You**

To be successful, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts.
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members.
