As a Senior Environmental Scientist, you will devise and implement strategic and practical solutions to address clients' environmental management concerns. Key aspects of the role include managing all facets of project management, including planning, execution, and reporting, and contributing to diverse projects ranging from industrial and defense sites to greenfields and brownfields redevelopments, groundwater hydrogeology investigations, and multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Your duties will comprise:

  • Coordinating contaminated land projects, covering planning and fieldwork execution, resource allocation, contractor management, and client interaction.
  • Participating in the definition, design, and costing of contaminated land and groundwater investigations.
  • Mentoring and instructing graduate and junior staff during project execution.
  • Authoring technical reports, emphasizing clear and logical presentation of data, accompanied by relevant technical interpretations and adhering to applicable regulations.
  • Engaging in field activities, potentially involving environmental media sampling, hydrogeological studies, or overseeing subcontractors performing operations like drilling, excavation, or remediation.
