Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop personal relationships with our wholesale customers and foster customer loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers, ensure they are properly onboarded, and set them up for success.
  • Visual Impact & Presence: Collaborate with customers to maximise brand visibility in-store and ensure our product is merchandised for high-volume sales.
  • Customer Retention & Growth: Devise and implement effective long-term retention strategies with our customers, resulting in increased sales and brand loyalty and advocacy.

Key Qualifications:

  • FMCG Industry Experience: You have experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry and will bring your knowledge to the table to increase sales.
  • B2B Sales Experience: You have a deep understanding of what it takes to develop long-term relationships with business customers, their unique needs, and how to bring them value.
  • Internal Drive to Succeed: We're a close team who enjoys working with people who own their role completely and approach their work proactively.
  • Excellent Forward Planning and Critical Thinking Skills: This role requires strategic planning on your behalf and a desire to create a successful future for both the customer and the company.
  • Brand Equity Appreciation: You'll demonstrate an understanding of and a motivation to maintain a high value brand equity.
