Job Overview:

We are seeking a retail trainer to deliver leadership development, operational support and skills enhancement to managers in First Nations communities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in retail management, training or store operations and be passionate about community empowerment and First Nations development.

  • Deliver training sessions to Store, Duty and Relief Managers across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.
  • Support retail operations and cover management vacancies as required.
  • Promote team leadership, skills development and community engagement.
