Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Retail Trainer who will be based full time in remote communities with regular travel across Arnhem Land, NT and Far North Queensland.
">- Deliver training to Store, Duty, and Relief Managers across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.
- Support retail operations and fill in for management vacancies.
- Promote skills development, team leadership, and community engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- A background in retail management, training or store operations.
- Passionate about First Nations empowerment and community development.
- Holds full working rights in Australia.
