Job Description

Our organisation requires a skilled Taxation Manager to lead and support the business in meeting its complex tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

This role involves:

  • Preparation and filing of BAS/GST (Australia/New Zealand), Payroll Tax, NZ FBT, UK VAT, and Singapore GST
  • Preparation of annual tax filings including AU/NZ tax returns, FBT, and payroll tax reconciliations
  • Leading the preparation and calculation of R&D tax claims (AU/NZ)
  • Managing monthly and annual tax effect accounting calculations
  • Providing expert advice on tax implications of accounting positions and business decisions

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with commercial finance and external advisors to maintain and adjust transfer pricing methodologies
  • Providing strategic tax advice on business-as-usual and non-standard matters
  • Acting as a key liaison between the business and external tax advisors
