**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our global team as a remote Accounting & Taxation Contractor in Bangladesh. This role offers the opportunity to work with our Australian clients, providing expert taxation services and supporting their financial needs remotely.

**Job Description:**
This is a contractor/freelance position that requires preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns for Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in BAS, IAS, GST, and PAYG lodgments, as well as bookkeeping and reconciliations using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar software. The successful applicant will also be responsible for preparing financial statements and working papers in line with Australian accounting standards, communicating effectively with the Australian team, and maintaining client confidentiality.

**Requirements:

  • Experience in tax compliance and preparation of individual and business tax returns;
  • Ability to perform BAS, IAS, GST, and PAYG lodgments;
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and reconciliation using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar software;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills;
  • Maintenance of client confidentiality and adherence to professional ethics.
