Job Description
As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide speech pathology services to individuals in diverse settings. You will work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals, building meaningful relationships with clients and their supporters. Your skills in assessment and therapy planning will help create life-changing support plans for participants in achieving their goals and maximising funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech pathology services to NDIS participants
- Work in various settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
- Assess client needs and develop therapy plans
- Build strong relationships with clients and their supporters
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
