We are seeking a skilled Professional to lead and manage our Patient Support Services team. As a Patient Support Services Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we deliver high-quality customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Coordinate service activities, monitor staff performance, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership and Development: Lead, supervise, train, mentor, coach, and develop support staff to meet organisational goals and policies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, address performance issues, and ensure compliance with organisational procedures.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team of support staff.
