We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Partner in the region, covering Orange and Bathurst areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to achieve a perfect work-life balance – no more shift work, all day shifts between Monday and Friday.

This is a permanent part-time position, with 4 days a week available. You will be maximising your take-home pay with NFP salary packaging, ensuring you can enjoy a better lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical care of clients in the region, including travel to designated areas.
  • Provide clinical assessment and ongoing support/advice to Home Care Package clients, with hands-on clinical care as required.
  • Support with COVID escalations and educate care workers on best practices.
  • Lead, mentor and support a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care.
  • Direct the clinical needs of clients with professional accountability and responsibility, adhering to registration requirements.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA clinical qualification as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse, with expertise in wound management.
  • Strong knowledge of Home Care packages and multisite management.
  • Ability to travel between sites and hold a current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
