About the Role

Flying Bark Productions is seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team in the Animation Department. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our animation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Animation Department to ensure timely delivery of assets and designs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project timelines, deadlines, and milestones
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize production processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Animation Department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • At least 4-6+ years of experience in production coordination, preferably in the animation industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Shotgrid
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
