Field Mechanic Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Mechanic Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical expertise to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base. You will play a significant part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services.
  • Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs.
  • Record notes and file service records appropriately.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
  • Partner with the Company to maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
