Your Day-to-Day

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  2. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  3. • Leading and managing the performance of a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and development
  4. • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
  5. • Developing and maintaining a positive company culture and ensuring that staff are motivated and engaged
  6. • Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive

You

We're looking for a highly experienced Construction Director with a proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  1. • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
  2. • 10+ years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  3. • Strong financial management skills, including experience developing and managing budgets
  4. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders
