Your Impact

Your Day-to-Day
">Your responsibilities will include:
- • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- • Leading and managing the performance of a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and development
- • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
- • Developing and maintaining a positive company culture and ensuring that staff are motivated and engaged
- • Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive
You
">We're looking for a highly experienced Construction Director with a proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
- • 10+ years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- • Strong financial management skills, including experience developing and managing budgets
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders
