Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training to clients, ensuring accurate records and meeting targets.

- Identify new sales opportunities to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Enhance client knowledge of products, increasing usage and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients, including corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments.
- Define client learning needs and develop effective training solutions.
- A degree or strong understanding of the Australian legal landscape; open to graduates seeking alternative careers.
- Demonstrated customer success background, preferably within the legal industry.
- Experience in training delivery and eLearning platforms.
- Ability to identify opportunities and build solid relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Boolean and free text search principles.
- Authorization to work in Australia.
