Personal Care Assistant

At our organization, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to provide daily living support to residents in a country-town lifestyle setting.

  • Deliver high-quality personal care and daily living support with empathy and dignity.
  • Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and general care routines.
  • Accurately record observations and share updates with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring nature.
  • Previous aged care experience is highly regarded.
