About the Role

We are seeking a sales professional to join our team as a furniture consultant. As a key member of our retail store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect furniture solutions for their needs.

  • Assist customers in selecting high-quality furniture pieces that meet their lifestyle and design preferences
  • Sell premium Australian-made and European furniture to both residential and commercial clients
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain a welcoming and high-quality shopping environment

This is a part-time position with potential for additional hours during peak periods.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for interior design and home styling
  • Sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work Saturdays

Prior experience in team management, knowledge of furniture design, or custom furniture sales is an asset but not required.
