We are working in partnership with a globally leading vendor to find a talented Chief Network Automation Specialist for their Sydney office.

The successful candidate will be part of an ASX listed telco, driving innovation and excellence in the technology sector.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Network Services Orchestrator and Automation either at the engineering or architectural level. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Network Automation and Network Orchestration strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborating with the technology team to design and deliver these solutions.
  • Ensuring relevant systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Providing technical support and guidance on Infrastructure orchestration and automation related issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in NSO technology.
  • Conducting regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mentoring junior team members and promoting a learning culture.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Extensive experience in Network Services Orchestrator and Automation, preferably at the engineering or architectural level.
