About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Automation Strategist to join our team at XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd.

Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with expertise in UiPath and Power Automate to lead our automation efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in UiPath and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems transformation and automation, with a focus on DevOps engineering.
  • Expert-level knowledge of UiPath and Power Automate, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira, Confluence, and GitHub tools.
  • Certified in IT (DevOps, Automation, Full Stack etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
