- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and healthcare professionals on rehabilitation techniques and strategies.
- AHPRA registration and tertiary degree in occupational therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
- Current Australian driver's license and satisfactory police check.
