Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your construction career as a Building Cadet. You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality projects across various sectors, including commercial, education, government, defence, retail, and health.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning the ropes and developing skills in all facets of the construction industry. Our tailored career roadmap and rotations ensure you gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, setting you up for long-term success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for construction and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including a minimum of 3 days per week, to balance studies and work commitments
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in a construction-related field (e.g., construction, engineering, design, quantity surveying)
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
