ED Medical Director Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ED Medical Director to join our team at WAVELENGTH. As an ED Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Emergency Department team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ED Medical Director or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
