As a Food and Beverage Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional dining experiences that showcase the very best of our culinary offerings.
- You will work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager to develop departmental standards and training programs, ensuring seamless service delivery across all outlets.
- Lead and coordinate a high-performing F&B team to deliver premium service standards that exceed guest expectations.
- Prepare food and beverages to the highest quality standards, adhering to established health and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Tackle guest complaints and issues promptly, utilizing established service recovery guidelines to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues from other departments to guarantee excellent quality and service consistency.
- Adhere to accurate money handling procedures and banking protocols on each shift.
- Support new employee inductions and deliver on-the-job training according to departmental standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff members to enhance performance and drive growth.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts.

- Formal training and expertise across all aspects of food and beverage execution.
