Job Opportunity: Senior Accounts Receivable Professional
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable professional to manage the full AR & Billings process, ensuring billings are on time and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire AR & Billings cycle
- Verify timely and accurate billing
- Conduct Bank Account Reconciliations and cash allocations
- Prepare Month end reports
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, resolving internal and external queries
- Document and implement new processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AR and billings management
- Ability to identify and improve existing processes
- Netsuite proficiency desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
