Lead Outside School Hours Care Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) member in Sunbury and Macedon.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of children with disabilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in child services, education, or disabilities, with leadership aspirations. They will be responsible for managing the OSHC program, supervising staff and children, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise staff and children during after-school care from 2 pm to 6 pm or until the last child is collected.
- Supervise staff and children during school holiday care from 9 am to 5 pm or until the last child is collected.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- NDIS Orientation Certificate.
- Mandatory Reporting Certificate.
- COVID vaccination (including first booster).
- Proof of Right to work in Australia.
