About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Aged Care Worker to join our team in Morphett Vale 5162. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing
  • Support with medication management and mobility assistance
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Deliver complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Current P1 class Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle (travel is part of the role)

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate of $31.24, plus superannuation, paid kilometres, phone allowance, and discounts on car maintenance. We also offer extensive paid training, accelerated career progression, and a supportive work environment.
