Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Communications Specialist to assume a pivotal role in our Marketing division on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact design solutions and creative services that embody the essence of our brand identity across diverse campaigns, programs, services, publications, and events.

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to support the design process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of design solutions.
  • Design and produce captivating, accessible designs for external and internal audiences, guided by our established brand guidelines.
  • Work synergistically with the Marketing team to contribute towards project objectives, planning, and delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in visual communications or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in an in-house or creative agency environment.
  • A current portfolio demonstrating expertise and understanding in concept development, brand, print, and digital design.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Experience with a digital project management tool (e.g., Asana).

This multi-disciplined team operates in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, responsible for communicating and marketing products, services, events, and other initiatives to ensure a commercially viable and relevant membership association.
