We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to inpatients across various wards, including mental health, surgical, and maternity units.
The Northpark Private Hospital Expansion Project- Our hospital is undergoing significant expansion with the addition of 22 beds to our established Mental Health units, including a 10-bed Older Persons Unit.
- We are also growing our support areas, which include group spaces, meeting rooms, interview spaces, a gymnasium, and patient support areas.
- This project involves the expansion of clinical services, including Orthopaedics and General Medicine.
- We will be introducing four new state-of-the-art operating theatres.
- A new 4-bed high dependency unit will also be added.
- Premium on-site consulting suites will be available.
- A new day surgery admission area will be constructed.
- An onsite pharmacy and cafe will be built.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to inpatients.
- Adopt a patient-centered approach when delivering Physiotherapy services.
- Maintain excellent clinical skills in assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement activities.
- Provide supervision to students.
- A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in acute physiotherapy services delivery.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
