Our Physiotherapy Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist to deliver high-quality services to our elderly clients.

This role is pivotal in helping clients maintain their independence and safety in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored intervention plans aligned with aged care standards
  • Collaborating with clients to identify goals and develop personalized care plans
  • Providing group-based programs focused on cognition, balance, wellness, and reablement
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and case managers
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting performance targets
  • Traveling across service regions as required

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy and current registration with the relevant professional body
  • Strong clinical assessment and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel within designated areas
  • Valid police check and Australian working rights
