The Role

Job Summary

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their day-to-day lives.

You will provide assistance with meals, cleaning, medication, and personal care, as well as help them engage in community participation activities.

About the Client

Our clients are individuals who require support to live independently. They may have physical or intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, or other challenges that affect their daily lives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to clients in their homes
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care
  • Help clients participate in community activities and events
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
  • Work collaboratively with other support workers and professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients

What We Are Looking For

  • A Certificate III qualification in a relevant industry (e.g., disability, aged care)
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations (e.g., people with disabilities, older adults)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A current driver's license (for some roles)
