You will be able to develop your skills while being motivated by the Sydney lifestyle, surrounded by major Sydney icons. With no two guests being alike, our service style reflects this. We believe in delivering services tailored to the unique needs of our guests.

Core work activities include:

  • Assist guests with your knowledge of Sydney, Walsh Bay, and Pier One Sydney Harbour.
  • Work a rotating roster including weekends.
  • Be the welcoming face of the hotel.
  • Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and efficient level of service.
  • Valet park guest vehicles with a high degree of care.
Requirements
  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
  • Opera experience is preferred.
  • Personable communication skills.
  • Display a growth mindset and display initiative.
  • Believe in the benefits of energising and motivating others.
  • Display a passion for the Hospitality industry.
