Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our local venue. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume food & beverage lead operations, with expertise in team leadership and strategic business management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully, and have a strong understanding of financials and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
