Senior Leadership Role in School Aged Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

  • Ensure the development and performance monitoring of programs across the portfolio
  • Design innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care, drive enrolment, manage portfolios and financial performance
  • Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • Support OSHC Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable
  • Proven Area Manager/senior leadership experience in the school-aged care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive 'can do' attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work
