Role Overview

This is a dynamic and fast-growing IT leadership position that oversees the company's internal IT infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure they are secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

The role involves streamlining, automating, and protecting accounts payable processes through integration with leading ERP systems like SYSPRO, Acumatica, MYOB, and IFS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and best practices in partnership with business and engineering teams.
  • Administer and optimize enterprise platforms including Microsoft stack, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
  • Manage and support Windows and macOS environments, oversee cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost optimization.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security, identity management, and device compliance policies.
  • Own the IT service desk and use ITSM for incident, request, and asset management, ensuring high-quality employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of senior IT experience in a SaaS or cloud-first environment with expertise in Microsoft systems, networking, remote work, and cloud systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and solid understanding of IT security, compliance frameworks, and modern identity/access management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management abilities, with hands-on execution and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS company with distributed or hybrid workforce experience and familiarity with automation tools.
