Maintenance Coordinator

Mackay Sugar is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance schedules to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Comprehensive Maintenance Schedules: Create and manage maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Teams: Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and operations staff to prioritize and schedule tasks effectively.
- Monitor Maintenance Activities: Track maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedules and compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze Maintenance Data: Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Manage Spare Parts Inventory: Collaborate with procurement to manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Provide Regular Updates: Provide regular updates and reports to management on maintenance performance and schedule adherence.
