About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Casual Merchandiser to work with us on a part-time basis, approximately 12 hours per week, in the Sydney Central and surrounds territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people in a face-to-face retail/grocery environment, working within sales and marketing, and looking for casual work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong ongoing relationships with staff in supermarkets
  • Build and maintain product and promotional displays
  • Ensure all Simplot products are presented with correct facings and in the best possible position
  • Review and implement store planograms and layouts
  • Ensure sales and field plans are executed in each store
  • Achieve Territory Key Performance Indicators and field drive incentives
Requirements
  • A current driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift stock, build store displays, and utilize Simplot's creative point-of-sale material
  • Proficiency using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays
