About this role
  • This is a high-performing leadership position that requires experience in managing luxury housekeeping teams in 6-star environments.
  • You'll need to deliver flawless service in ultra-luxury properties where every detail matters and excellence is the standard.

As an experienced EHKM, you will be responsible for setting up key tasks for your team and conducting daily briefings. You will also collaborate with hotel leadership on short- and long-term quality metrics, ensuring rooms are delivered on time for guest arrival and maintaining excellent communication with your team. Additionally, you will manage administration tasks related to Health and Safety, billing, and rostering.
