Civil Supervisors Wanted

We are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the region, including road construction and bridge upgrades.

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising site personnel and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5-10 years' experience as a Roads or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage projects
  • Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
  • Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded
