Job Title: Civil Site Engineers - SEC01 / 2 (B02) - BNE

We are seeking experienced Civil Site Engineers with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects, particularly road and bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage infrastructure projects effectively in accordance with time, cost, and quality objectives;
  • Monitor progress, identify problems and implement corrective action to maintain objectives;
  • Maintain project quality standards in consultation with clients and monitor the quality of project inputs;
  • Assist with budgets, cash flows, and funding arrangements;
  • Assist with project and resource scheduling;
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by working in accordance with legislative requirements, policies, and procedures;
Mandatory Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years prior civil roads infrastructure construction experience with any Australian State Government Road Authority;
  • Knowledge of AS2124 General Conditions of Contract and DTMR policies, standards, specifications, and procedures;
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects, including road and bridges;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of road, bridge design, construction, maintenance, and materials;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, to establish good working relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proven commitment to ethical conduct, equity and diversity, workplace health and safety, customer service, quality management, and risk management;
