**Personal Care Worker (PCW/PCA) Opportunity**

**About the Role:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide high-quality care to our residents in a residential aged care setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform day-to-day personal care activities, providing a high standard of direct care to residents.
  • Undertake medication management and treatment procedures as directed by the Residential Site Manager or person in charge.
  • Communicate with residents and their family and friends, and other staff in the residence, about changes or feedback in a professional and private manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support.
  • Completion of medication administration unit (HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medication).
  • A valid Police Check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people that is not more than 12 months old.
  • Current Influenza and COVID Vaccination.
