About Goodstart Bayview Heights:
Our centre accommodates 75 children daily across five distinct rooms and features three spacious outdoor areas. It includes a dedicated Kindergarten yard, ample shade, natural elements, and a variety of loose parts for creative play.
Conveniently located near shopping centres and a local primary school, the centre promotes flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance. Our team includes staff who speak multiple languages, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
Our Centre Director offers mentorship to all staff members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. She exemplifies the values and behaviours expected from the team, including maintaining professionalism, dedication to children's education and well-being, and consistently applying best practices in childcare. By actively participating in daily activities and interactions, the Director sets a standard for staff to emulate, offering constructive feedback and encouraging continuous learning through training and educational programs. By nurturing an environment of trust and collaboration, the Director helps each team member thrive in their role, ensuring high-quality care and education for the children.

Requirements:
