We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to lead our team at our Canberra store.

About the Role

To succeed in this position, you will have previous management experience, ideally in retail, and a proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Developing, training, and succession planning your team to increase productivity
  • Creating a safe working environment for your team and customers
  • Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Rostering your team in line with stores trading profile
