Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Learning Specialist to lead our team.

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with children in a safe learning environment. As an Early Childhood Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team, implementing and maintaining high-quality service standards, and developing relationships with children, families, and school leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of early childhood educators
  • Implement and maintain high-quality service standards
  • Develop relationships with children, families, and school leaders
  • Provide effective leadership and build a positive workplace culture
  • Plan, deliver, and promote quality activities for children

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Children's Services (or studying towards) or equivalent
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Check
  • HLTAID012 or higher First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training
