About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to join our team as a Early Childhood Learning Specialist. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports each child's individual needs and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Building trusting relationships with children and families
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive environment
  • Working collaboratively with a team of educators
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of children's learning and development

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an educator who is genuinely passionate about early childhood education, caring, reliable, and proactive in supporting children's wellbeing, and a great team player with strong communication skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood education
