At our busy and growing paint shop, we specialize in painting for the Cabinet making and joinery industry. We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Spray Painter role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undercoat MDF and timber surfaces with precision and care
  • Sand flat jobs and groove jobs, including raw and undercoated materials, to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality control
  • Be reliable, hardworking, and possess a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Some experience in spray painting is preferred but not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to succeed in this role
