Job Title: Team Lead

The role of a team lead involves providing professional support and leadership for the data protection team. You will be responsible for assisting the tower lead in various tasks and duties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of major incidents and escalation to the respective teams
  • Develops business unit strategies and translates them into day-to-day activities and behaviors of team members
  • Creates value by introducing new ideas, thinks beyond boundaries and identifies opportunities that enable breakthrough in business and process

Requirements:

  • 3 years relevant experience working in a storage or data protection leadership role
  • 2 years relevant experience in storage and data protection hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
  • Proven knowledge of storage and data protection vendor offerings
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent 5 years' plus management or on the job experience)
